Chris Stockwell | Darigold
Chris Stockwell is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Darigold, which is the marketing and processing subsidiary of the Northwest Dairy Association (NDA), owned by approximately 430 dairy farm families in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
Chris is responsible for executing Darigold’s supply chain from farm-to-customer and is three years into Darigold’s transformation to a high-performing supply chain company. During this time, Darigold has insourced its 3PL and dedicated fleet, while also taking control of its international ingredient sales and distribution. To support this, Darigold tripled its supply chain organization to over 60 people, all while building new capabilities and systems to support the business.
Over his 30-year sourcing and supply chain career, Chris has worked for ConAgra, Paccar, Univar, Heinz, and General Electric. He spent his first 12 years focused in operations then shifted to strategic sourcing and procurement. Chris received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
He is passionate about building great teams, partnering across functions/companies, and driving value-added change. When not at work, Chris is an avid outdoorsman, coach, and father of four boys.
