This is a prestigious accolade that promises to steer their educational journeys in the right direction. Since its inception in 1926, TCT has been a cornerstone of the Tacoma and Pacific Northwest transportation industry, fostering a legacy of community and fellowship initiated by our founder, E.R. Cronkhite. What started as a hub for social exchange has evolved into a beacon of philanthropy, supporting causes such as the Emergency Food Network, Habitat for Humanity, and the Mary Bridge Foundation. Our scholarship program, named in honor of Matt Moskal, Stan Levy, and Anita Lydiard, is a testament to this enduring commitment.
Our scholarship program recognizes individuals who embody academic excellence, strong character, and the values articulated in our mission statement: “Promoting personal and professional growth within the transportation and local community.” These 13 outstanding students have shown they are ready to take the wheel, demonstrating not only scholarly prowess but also a dedication to service and leadership that mirrors the very best of our organization. We are proud to support their educational pursuits and confident they will drive innovation and progress within the transportation and supply chain sectors.
As we navigate through 2024, we look forward to continuing our tradition of rewarding excellence among our members and their families. These scholarships are more than financial assistance; they are an investment in the future of our community and industry. Congratulations to all our winners—we can’t wait to see where your journeys take you!
